13 element 70cms beam

Posted by: peter In: general

I now have an antenna for 70cms thanks to G1SSL, it’s a 13 element beam and it’s at around 17ft due to having very little space in the garden.

I’ve not worked any DX on it yet ;) (Probably never will!) But perhaps one day this will happen, currently all I’ve worked is M3BQX and G1OWM who are just across town but that’s 2 qsos which is more then I’ve ever had on this band.

Picture coming soon!
