QSOs in CW NFD

I’m in no way a CW contester I much prefer a good RTTY or SSB contest, but as CW NFD was taking place I thought it would be a good idea to work a few stations to give away some points.
I ended up with:

20m: 17 QSOs
40m: 16 Qsos
Total: 32 Qsos
DXCCs: 11

Helping Oxford & DARS Setup for CW NFD

Although I’m not actually a member of the local radio club (Oxford & D.A.R.S) I do always help out if I’m needed. On Friday afternoon the club arrived at Worminghall, Oxfordshire to setup for RSGB CW Field Day the setup antenna wise was going to be a A4S and wires for the other bands.

Windoms Up & Running!

Finally got the windom up and running sadly it took a little longer than expected due to a few extra problems which were incountered over Saturday but by lunch time it was up and running.
Made a couple of contacts in the UBA contest on 20m and also 14 or so contacts in the BARTG contest, [...]

CQ WPX SSB 2006 M/S M8C Results

Just looked at my copy of CQ Magazine and noticed WPX SSB 06 results are out M8C came 16th Europe,
